The notation ucm_home is used to refer to the ORACLE_HOME directory, which contains read-only information including the shared directory, the bin directory for standalone applications, files for standard components, and other run-time files. The location is specified by the IdcHomeDir entry. |

The notation instance_dir/ is used to refer to the location on your system where specific Oracle WebCenter Content Server instance files are installed, which contains data, archive, and search directories, custom components, and other directories shared between clustered nodes. The location is specified by the IntradocDir entry. |

The notation ucm_domain_dir is used to refer to the domain directory, which contains the Oracle UCM configuration (Oracle WebCenter Content Server, Inbound Refinery, Records Manager). It points to the appropriate IdcHomeDir and IntradocDir entries. |
