The image shows metadata configuration for the Customer workspace. The image contains the following entities:

• Metadata Fields: Customer ID, Customer Name, PO Number, Agreement ID, Product Family, Product, Correspondence Type

• Database Lookup: Search by Customer Name and lookup returns full Customer Name and Customer ID

• Database Choice Lists: Select Product Family, then Product for selected family

• User Defined Choice List: Complaint, Satisfaction, Suggestion, Other
