1 What’s New for Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture

This section introduces the new features and enhancements of Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture.

Feature	Description
Support Reading Shared Email box via Graph API	You can now configure a shared email account with delegated access using Graph API. See Configuring Email Message and Email Attachment Importing in Managing Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture
Authenticate an Office 365 IMAP connection using OAuth2	You can now use OAuth authentication when connecting to an Exchange Online account using IMAP. See Configuring Email Message and Email Attachment Importing in Managing Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture
Filter/Search option for profiles / jobs in workspace console	A Filter or Search option is added on the top of tables to filter jobs / profiles on the basis of name / description in workspace console. See Filter Client Profile and Workspace Processor Elements in Managing Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture.
Next Column in workspace console for Capture & Processing tables.	For tables in both Capture and Processing tabs, a new column Next has been added to help Workspace Administrators preview the next post-processing step for all configured jobs without having to review each job individually.
Logged in user as the default user for client profiles.	For any new client-profile created, current logged in user will be added as the default user who can access that client profile. See Managing Client Profile Security in Managing Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture.

Feature	Description
Graph API	The Microsoft Graph API connection protocol for email import allows you to enable multi-factor authentication for your primary email access through standard clients. For details, see Configuring Email Message and Email Attachment Importing in Managing Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture.
Functionality to release failed batches	You can select failed batches in the Capture client and release them to the same process. For details, see How do I complete processing batches and release them? in Using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture.
Abandon Batch Lock	This feature allows you to unlock other users’ batches if you have the Capture workspace manager role. See How do I abandon batch lock? in Using Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture.
