7.2 Connection to Oracle Sales Cloud Inbound Events URL Fails Using the CSF Key

When you define the CSF key while creating an inbound event-based Oracle Sales Cloud connection in Oracle JDeveloper, you can receive the following SSL exception error when you click the Test button.

To avoid this issue, perform the following steps.

Open the $JDEV_HOME/bin/jdev.conf file.

Add the following:

AddVMOption -Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1

Restart Oracle JDeveloper.
Open the setDomainEnv.sh runtime file.
Update the following property:
```
-Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1
```
