3.24.10 Manage Jobs

Use the Manage Jobs page to create, update, and run the Reconciliation Jobs for the selected application.

Click to view the reconciliation job of a specific job mode.

Note:

The number of Reconciliation jobs listed depends on the type of connector that is selected.

  • Add Job: Click Add Job to add new job. New Job window is displayed.

    • Save And Run: Click to save the job and run the job immediately.

    • Save: Click to save the job.

    • Delete: Click to delete job.

    • In the Job Parameter section:

      • Add Parameter: Click Add Parameter to add a job parameter. Select Parameter Type window is displayed. Select the parameter type from the drop-down, and click OK. Enter Name and Value for the new parameter.

      • Click Delete to remove parameter.

  • Expand: Click to view the details of existing jobs.

    • Apply: Click Apply to update the job.

    • Run Now: Click Run Now to run the job immediately.

    • Stop: Click Stop to stop the job from running.

    • Enable: Click Enable to set the status of the job as enable.

    • Disable: Click Disable to set the status of the job as disable.

    • Click Refresh to refresh the job updates.

    • Click Delete to delete job.

    • In the Job Parameter section:

      • Add Parameter: Click Add Parameter to add a job parameter. Select Parameter Type window is displayed. Select the parameter type from the drop-down, and click OK. Enter Name and Value for the new parameter.

      • Click Delete to remove parameter.

    • Job History: Click Job History to view the job history like error details, milestones, and job report.

      • Action: Select the following options from the Actions menu:

        • Show error details: Click to view job error details.

        • Show Milestones: Click to view milestones for the job.

        • Show Job Report: Click to view job report.

    Note:

    Details displayed in this section depends on the type of Reconciliation run instance that is selected.
