3.24.11.3 Configure Application using Flat File - Settings

Use the Settings tab to review and customize the default attributes.

Reconciliation Jobs

This section lists and allows you to create and modify the Reconciliation Jobs for pre-defined Job Modes for Flat File connector.

  • The supported jobs modes are:

    • Flat File Full

    • Flat File Diff Sync

    • Flat File Delete Sync

    • Flat File Entitlement

    • Flat File Delete

  • Add Job: Click Add Job to add new job. New job window is displayed.

    • Job Name: Enter name of the job.

    • Add Parameter: Click to add parameter to the job. A new column is included. You can enter value for the parameter in the Value column.

    • Description: Click to view the description of the parameter.

    • OK: Click to add the job.

    • Cancel: Click to exit the New job window without creating the job.

Jobs: Click to view details of the job.

Delete: Click to delete the job.

Create Authoritative Application for Flat File Connector

When you create an authoritative Application for Flat File connector, under Applications ensure to enter the Reconciliation Jobs section within Reconciliation under Settings Tab.

The following table provides the details of the default attributes.

Create Authoritative Application for Flat File Connector

When you create an authoritative Application for Flat File connector, under Applications make sure to fill up the Reconciliation Jobs section inside Reconciliation under Settings tab. Ensure that you enter values for the mandatory parameters (marked by the asterisk (*) symbol) for all the reconciliation jobs and then click Apply.

FlatFile Instance Name  
Scheduled Task Name  
Previous Flat File directory or Current Flat File directory.  

A message stating that the flat file configuration was created successfully is displayed.
