Search

Element Description

Search Task list

Select any one of the following search conditions:

  • Task Name: To search the task by name.

  • Beneficiary: To search the task by beneficiary details.

  • Task Status: To search the task by status.

  • Application Instance: To search the task by Application Instance associated with the provisioning task.

Search text

Enter a keyword for the search condition selected in the Search list.

Search

Click the search icon to search for the task and display the results in a tabular format.

Advanced

Click the Advanced link to display the advanced search options.

Advanced Search

The Advanced search section lets you search for users based on detailed search criteria.

Element Description

Match

Select any one of the following options:

  • All: To specify that the search result must match all the specified search criteria.

  • Any: To specify that the search result must match any one of the specified search criteria.

Saved Search

Select a saved search from the drop-down.

Reset

Click to reset the values of the advanced search fields.

Save

Click to save the search conditions for later reuse.

Basic

Click to go back to simple search options.

Search

Click to search the user based on the values entered in the advanced search fields.

Search Result

Element Description

Actions

  • Open: Click to open the task.

  • View Form: Click to view the process form or account details attached with a task.

  • Edit Form: Click to edit the process form associated with a provisioning workflow to provide missing information.

  • Manual Complete: Click to complete a manual fulfillment task.

  • Set Response: Click to set a response for a task.

  • Reassign: Click to reassign a task to another user or role for taking appropriate action on the task.

  • Retry: Click to retry a task if an error is generated while setting the response in the first attempt.

  • Refresh: Click to refresh the page.

View

Choose commands from the View menu to control how the columns are displayed:

  • Column: Click a column header name to quickly show or hide a single column.

  • Detach: Click to open the table in a larger window.

  • Sort

    • Ascending

    • Descending

    • Advanced

      • Sort By: Name, Application Instance, or Status. Ascending or Descending.

      • Then By: Name, Application Instance, or Status. Ascending or Descending.

      • Then By: Name, Application Instance, or Status. Ascending or Descending.

  • Reorder Columns: Click to open a dialog that lets you change the order of the table columns.

  • Query By Example: Click to refine the search results by providing additional filters.

Open

Click Open to open the task. The Task details page is displayed.

You can perform the following actions in this page:

  • Add Notes: Click to add a note.

  • Reassign: Click to reassign this task to other user.

  • Task Assignment History: Click to view the task assignment history details.

  • Cancel: Click to exit this page.

View Form

Click View Form to view the process form or account details attached with a task. The Task details page is displayed.

You can perform the following actions in this page:

  • Additional Child Forms: Select the child form if any. You can perform the following actions on the child form:

    • Edit: Click to edit child form. You can Add, Update, or Remove resources.

    • Back: Click to go back to parent form details page.

    • Cancel: Click to exit the child form details page.

  • Edit: Click to edit the form details.

  • Cancel: Click to exit this page.

Edit Form

Click Edit Form to edit the process form associated with a provisioning workflow to provide missing information. The Task details page is displayed.

You can perform the following actions in this page:

  • Additional Child Forms: Select the child form if any. You can perform the following actions on the child form:

    • Edit: Click to edit child form. You can Add, Update, or Remove resources.

    • Back: Click to go back to parent form details page.

    • Cancel: Click to exit the child form details page.

  • Edit: Click to edit the form details.

  • Cancel: Click to exit this page.

Manual Complete

Click Manual Complete to complete a manual fulfillment task.

Set Response

Click Set Response to set a response for a task. The Specify Task Responses pop-up is displayed. Select one of the multiple responses defined, and click Set Response.

Reassign

Click Reassign to reassign a task to another user or role for taking appropriate action on the task. The Reassign Open Tasks pop-up is displayed.

Retry

Click Retry to retry a task if an error is generated while setting the response in the first attempt.

Refresh

Click Refresh to update the screen with any changes made on the (back-end) server.

Query By Example

Click to refine the search results by providing additional filters.

Detach

Click to open the table in a larger window.
