Download Data from a Report Job

You can view the details of a report job, download the XML data, and save the file to your preferred location.

You must enable the Save Data for Republishing option when you create the job to make the data available for republishing.

While the output download or XML data download from a report job is in progress, you can download the output or XML data from another report job. You can't download the output or XML data from the same report job for which the download is in progress except in these cases:

  • If the subsequent request to download the output or XML data from the same job is handled by a different node in the cluster.
  • If the report job has multiple outputs, you can download the output in different formats in parallel in different browser tabs or sessions.
  1. In the Report Job History page, click the report job name in the Report Job Histories table to view the job detail page.
  2. In the Output & Delivery section, click the XML Data download button.
  3. When prompted, select the location to save the file.
