Description of selection_steps_lvlhierarchy_ex_descendants

The screenshot shows the Selection Steps dialog open in the filter bar to show a step based on a level hierarchy called Time Hierarchy. The step uses the action Keep Only, the operator Descendants, and selects the members 2010 and 2011. A table visualization named Revenue by Time shows the results of the selection step: The descendants of the members 2010 and 2011 (in this case the descendants include quarters, months, and days) are displayed.
