This Agreement was specifically superseded by: Amendment Number 4 dated 8/31/2009 to the Technology License Agreement between Progress Software Corporation on behalf of its DataDirect Technologies operating company and Oracle USA, Inc. dated 10/31/2001.  See entry for that Agreement instead.

ORCL product must include copyright notice including something like:  All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All rights reserved.                Use of TMs must be according to DataDirect Trademark Guidelines.                 ORCL shall not alter, remove or destroy DataDirect or 3rd party copyright notice, trade secret or other proprietary rights notices
