Parameters for reusable values Create parameters in a workbook to use like variables to store and manage reusable values. You can use parameters as selectors that allow users to change their view of the data. You can also use parameters as controls, in a visualization's properties, in logical SQL expressions, expression filters, calculations, and in data actions and workbook navigation.
