View a sector map for a product
A sector map for signal management data is a visual presentation of data for a product across all System Organ Classes (SOCs).
- Each System Organ Class (SOC) is represented by a large tile in the sector map.
- Each SOC tile is divided into smaller tiles representing Preferred Terms (PTs).
- The color, size, and ranking of tiles provide a big picture overview of the adverse event profile of a product.
- Data represented in the sector map includes all available data up through the current time period and is for a particular signal set.
When you view a sector map for a product, PTs are ranked in descending order of values of the statistic (EBGM, EB05, Chi-statistic, or PRR) that you choose. A color key indicates relative ranking. You can also list the ranked PTs below the sector map.
