1. In the left navigation pane, click the Feedback icon ( ).
   The Life Sciences Support page appears.
2. From the Pharmacovigilance Products section, click the for either Empirica Cloud Service or Empirica - (on premise).
3. Follow the instructions shown to create a Support Request or call the local number for support assistance. You can also call or text the Sales team.
