Enter a note about a product

You can enter or edit notes about issues that have been identified and investigated for a product, signals that require further evaluation, or any information you want to associate with a product.

Note:

If you work with multisource signal configurations, this is a shared feature. Changes will impact all connected configurations.

In the left navigation pane, click the Signal Review icon ().
(Optional) From the Products By drop-down list, select a product grouping, then select a card to filter the Products table.
Click the product's Row Action Menu () and select Enter Note.

The Enter Product Note page shows the product you selected and the date when a note was last entered or edited. Today's date and current time indicate that this is the first note for this product. There is a text box for each type of note that you can enter.
Enter notes in the text boxes.
Click Save.

You can view the notes from the Row Action menu, Header Action menu, or the Detail panel.

From the Row Action menu:
Select View Notes, from a selected product's Row Action Menu ().
From the Header Action menu:
Select View Notes, from the Header Action menu () while in Select Rows mode.
From the Detail panel:
Expand the Notes Section of the Detail Panel for a selected product row by selecting the down-arrow (

) to left of the Notes heading.
