Create a PDF for a topic workflow configuration

You can download a PDF file that includes all the workflow configuration options.

The PDF file includes all the workflow configuration options; site options; topic, action, attachment, and work team fields; defined values; topic and action states and accessibility by state and type; action types; topic templates and actions; and email notification rules defined for the topic workflow configuration.
  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon (Settings icon).
  2. In the Configure System section, click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.
  3. Select the configuration's Row Action menu (Row menu), and then select Create PDF.
  4. Follow the directions for your browser.
  5. Click Save.
