Chart types and options
- Work with chart options
A number of display options are available at the bottom of a chart. - Sector map graph (Drug Profile page)
A sector map is a visual presentation of data for a selected drug across all System Organ Classes (SOCs). - Bar graph (Drug Profile page)
Bar graphs provide a straightforward way to display the items most closely associated with a selected drug, showing the strength of association by plotting each computed statistical score as the length of a horizontal bar. - Confidence interval graph (Drug Profile page)
Confidence interval graphs are similar to bar graphs but also include a confidence interval or error bar superimposed on each bar to show the 5% and 95% confidence limits. - Nested confidence interval graph (Drug Profile page)
To help you investigate possible drug interactions, the nested confidence interval graph displays sets of confidence intervals. - Cumulative map graph (Drug Profile page)
Cumulative map graphs provide a way to compare strength of associations between a selected drug and events across multiple subsets, which are typically based on a continuous variable such as year. - Reports (Drug Profile page)
The reports that you can add as charts to a drug profile are based on report output generated by an all cases summary report.
