Background processing job status for case series

As case series background processing progresses, the status of the processing job changes.

Case series background processing jobs can have one of the following statuses:

  • In Queue—Job is awaiting processing.
  • Running—Job is currently processing.
  • Cancelled—Superuser or the user who submitted the job cancelled it.
  • Error Occurred—Job did not finish processing. You may see this status if, for example, the database fails during processing.
  • Completed—Job finished processing successfully.

Note:

  • You can cancel In Queue or Running jobs, if necessary, from the Case Series page.
  • You cannot restart Error Occurred jobs. To complete the job processing, edit and then save the case series.
