Unlock a locked account
If you enter an incorrect password 5 times in a row, your Oracle Life Sciences single sign-on (SSO) is locked. To unlock your SSO, you must reset your password.
If you can't reset your password using these steps, contact another Customer
Delegated Administrator (CDA) at your organization or Life Sciences Support, and ask them to reset the password for you.
- On the Sign in page, click Trouble Signing In?.
- Enter your Oracle Life Sciences single sign-on (SSO) user name, and proceed to the next page. The button to proceed is either Next or Continue, depending on your setup.
- Perform one of the following steps:
- If you see a Send button, complete
the following steps:
- Click Send.
An email containing a link to reset your password is sent to your email address.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter your new password and confirm the password.
- Click Continue.
- Click Send.
- If you are prompted to enter questions to security
questions, complete the following steps:
- Enter answers for the challenge questions, and click Next.
- Enter your new password, and confirm the password.
- Click Save.
- If you see a Send button, complete
the following steps:
Your password is reset.
