Design triggering questions for follow-up safety cases

Configure one or several of the questions in your forms to trigger the creation of follow-up safety cases.

To be able to design triggering questions, you must have the Edit Safety Case Design permission assigned.

  1. Open the draft version of your study. For more information, see Open a study's design.
  2. In the Forms tab, create a new form or open an existing one.
  3. Select Add to add a new question. You can also work on an existing question.
  4. In the Advanced side panel, enable the Trigger a Follow-up Case toggle.
  5. Select one of the following:
    • Save and Close
    • Save
