After undoing the event I cannot complete or withdraw a subject

After undoing a subject's withdrawal or study completion, their associated visits remain in the schedule until you clear their data. To withdraw or complete the subject again, saving and closing these visits won't update their status.

For example, if you need to undo a subject’s study completion, the process requires additional steps to ensure their status updates correctly. Suppose you originally completed Subject 001-100 by filling in their study completion details and collecting data for their Study Completion visit. Later, you undo their completion, but the data for the Study Completion visit remains visible in the user interface.

After managing or reviewing other visits' data, you determine that Subject 001-100 are eligible for study completion again. You open the Study Completion visit, review or modify existing data, and select Save & Close, expecting the subject’s status to update to Complete. However, this action alone does not complete the subject. Instead, you must select Subject 001-100, choose Complete Subject from the Manage Subjects drop-down, and go through the subject completion workflow again.

You should follow the same steps when you want to withdraw a subject again.
