You can activate a device that was already dispensed to a subject, as well as deactivate it if the subject is no longer using it or something happened with it. - Replace a device
If something happened to a device that was already dispensed to a subject, you can always replace it. Both devices with a cloud-to-cloud and device-to-cloud connection can be replaced. - Refresh a device's access code and password
Devices with a device-to-cloud connection come with an initial access code and password that may not work or expire at some point. If that happens, you can always refresh them and activate your device. - See a dispensed device in your inventory
