Visit Settings tab

Description of the Visit Settings tab.

Fields Description
Visit Type Indicates the type of visits or events:
  • Screening
  • Randomization
  • Dispensation
  • Non-Dispensation
  • Optional
  • Unscheduled
Site Enters Visit Dates Indicates whether site users are allowed to enter visit dates or not.
Site Edits Visit Date Indicates whether site users are allowed to edit visit dates or not.
Setting Option Indicates the available options that can be selected by a study manager for the Settings column on the Visit Settings section in the Study Settings tab. The following options can be displayed for a Randomization, Dispensation, or Non-Dispensation visit:
  • Visit Date Must Be On or After Randomization (only available for randomization visits)
  • Allow Randomization Replacement (only available for randomization visits)
  • Visit Date Must Be On or After Dispensation (only available for dispensation visits)
  • Visit Can Be Skipped (only available for dispensation and non-dispensation visits)
Setting Value Indicates if the option from the previous column (Setting option) is enabled or not.

Displays N/A for visits such as Screening, Optional, or Unscheduled for which you don't have any specific settings to configure.

Send Visit Notification Indicates whether a study manager configured notifications to be sent when a visit is successfully completed or the subject fails to complete a visit. The following options may be displayed:
  • Success and Failure: this indicates that a study manager wants notifications to be sent when a visit is both successfully completed and when a subject fails to complete the visit.
  • Failure Only: this indicated that a study manager wants notifications to be sent only when a subject fails to complete a visit.
Last Updated By User name of the user who performed the last update on the Visit Settings section in the Study Settings tab.
Last Updated Date and Time UTC date and time of the latest update.
