Source Data Verification (SDV) Settings tab

Description of the Source Data Verification (SDV) Settings tab.

Fields Description
Allow SDV in Study Indicates whether Source Data Verification (SDV) is allowed for the study and site, requiring verification of data.

If disabled, the following fields are all N/A.

Amount of SDV Indicates the level of SDV required for the study's data:
  • 100% to require CRAs to perform source data verification on all started visits, forms, and questions at a site.
  • Target SDV to require verification for a targeted amount of subjects or for specific questions only.
Include Screen Failures Indicates if screen failures are included or excluded from the SDV.
Include Read Only Questions Indicates if read-only items require verification or not.
Allow SDV Overrides Indicates if CRAs are allowed to verify non-required element. Applies to questions that are not marked for SDV, for subjects not selected for SDV and for questions not designated as SDV for All Subjects. If the Amount of SDV is set to 100%, this field displays as N/A.
Last Updated By User name of the user who performed the last update on SDV settings.
Last Updated Date and Time UTC date and time of the latest update.
