Oracle Siebel CTMS Subject Visit (SV) integration - improved error message

Authentication error messages have been improved, providing a description that is easier to understand, clearer guidance for users, and more relevance to the encountered issue.

For integration managers

Integration managers now see more descriptive error messages in both the User Interface (UI) and in email notifications when an authentication error is encountered. To learn more about the integration, see Oracle Siebel CTMS Subject Visit (SV).

Already working with this integration and a live study?

You do not need to take any actions. Going forward, the enhanced error message is used with all integrations, even those that are already active with a production study.
