6 Release impact on other applications
This document describes the known impact and limitations that new features and enhancements introduced in Oracle Clinical One Platform 25.2 may have on downstream applications.
Oracle Clinical One Analytics also known as Data Hub
Some new features and enhancements in this release impact datasets in Oracle Clinical One Analytics as follows:
- No new runtime datasets will be introduced with the new adverse event data collection functionality. For more information, see Oracle Clinical One Platform to Safety integration.
- New runtime datasets for the new Oracle Clinical One Platform to Oracle Argus Safety integration will be introduced as part of a future release. For more information, see Oracle Clinical One Platform to Safety integration.
Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway configured integrations
Some new features and enhancements in this release impact Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway integrations as follows:
- The restoration of deleted repeating forms is not currently supported by integrations that send data to Oracle Clinical One Platform, such as the Multi IWR or Data Intake integrations. For the CTMS integration, data generated by deleting or restoring a form will not be integrated, unless a visit completion or data update event is triggered by these actions. For more information, see Restore and view deleted forms.
- With this release, sponsor users can allow site users to screen, randomize, and dispense kits with minimal data collection. The Oracle Clinical One Platform to iMednet EDC integration does not support this feature as part of this release. Instead, Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway integrates screening, randomization, and dispensation data on completion of visits, not as these events occur. - The new subject related document upload functionality is not supported for Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway integrations. For more information, see Upload and store any documents for your study.
Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench integrations
Some new features and enhancements in this release impact Oracle DMW integrations as follows:
- The new subject related document upload functionality will be added in an upcoming release. For more information, see Upload and store any documents for your study.
- With this release, sponsor users can allow site users to screen, randomize, and dispense kits with minimal data collection. Study design dataset changes will not flow through to Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench and the following columns will be introduced as part of an upcoming release:
- REQ_SCREENING
- REQ_RANDOMIZE
- REQ_DISPENSE
