New notifications in Oracle Clinical One Platform

The following new notifications are now available for users assigned with the corresponding permissions.

Kit Replacement Notification

This new notification informs users whenever a lost or damaged kit is replaced for a subject. It provides information about the site and study, the new kits replacing the old kits, as well as the user who performed the action and the date when it occurred.

To receive this notification, users must be assigned to a study role that includes the Receive the Kit Replacement Notification permission. Consider that users receive notifications only for the sites that they're assigned to.

Note:

This notification does not cover Unblinded Pharmacist kits. A different notification informs users of the replacement of this type of kits and a different unblinding permission is required for it.

Pharmacist Kit Replacement Notification

This new notification informs users whenever a lost or damaged Unblinded Pharmacist kit is replaced for a subject. It provides information about the site and study, the new kits replacing the old kits, as well as the user who performed the action and the date when it occurred.

To receive this notification, users must be assigned to a study role that includes the Receive the Unblinded Pharmacist Kit Replacement Notification permission. Consider that users receive notifications only for the sites that they're assigned to.

Caution:

This notification contains unblinding information, so you must assign this permission with caution.

Undo Add Subject Notification

With this new notification, users can be updated every time site users undo the addition of a subject to a study, with the Undo Add Subject option.

Note:

This option exists to support the removal of subjects added in error and is only available for subjects for whom data has not been saved. For more information, see Cancel a subject.

The Undo Add Subject Notification provides information about the site and study, as well as the user who performed the action and the date when it occurred. To receive this notification, users must be assigned to a study role that includes the Receive the Undo Add Subject Notification permission. Consider that users receive notifications only for the sites that they're assigned to.

Shipment Received Notification

With this new notification, users can receive updates whenever a shipment is marked as received at a site or depot. It provides information about the site and study, as well as the shipment's details, the user who received the shipment and the date when it occurred.

Note:

This notification is not applicable for Pending Destruction Shipments received at a depot.

To receive this notification, users must be assigned to study role that includes the Receive the Shipment Received Notification permission. Consider that users receive notifications only for the sites that they're assigned to.

Site Resupply Strategy Update Notification

With this new notification, you can be informed every time the resupply strategy is updated for a site. This includes any type of change, such as initial assignment, removal of the resupply strategy or update to a different resupply strategy. It provides information about the site and study, as well as the resupply strategy, the user who performed the update and the date when it occurred.

To receive this notification, users must be assigned to a study role that includes the Receive the Site Resupply Update Notification permission. Consider that users receive notifications only for the sites that they're assigned to.
