Saving data in a repeating form takes too long (former Known Issue)

Now, when users add data directly into the table of a repeating form and click outside of that for, they see improved system processing time compared to the past.

Retracted recommended action: Rule designers should turn on the Unblock Form toggle when creating a rule.
