Read-only users can no longer see the site options on the Shipments tab under Supplies

Now, users assigned to a read-only study role that includes the View Shipments to Sites and View Site Inventory permissions can once again see the options in the Site drop-down list. This list appears on the Shipments tab under Supplies within a study.

The ability to view these options was inadvertently removed during the last Oracle Clinical One Platform upgrade.
