Undo add subject notification

This notification is sent every time a subject is added and undone.

Permissions required to receive the notification

Assign the Receive the Undo Add Subject Notification permission to anyone who wants to receive this notification. Users receive notifications for only the sites that they're assigned to.

Field descriptions

The table below describes all fields and details in the Undo Add Subject notification.

Field Description
Subject Line Provides a summary of the alert, including the study ID, subject number, and notification title in the following format:

Study <Study ID> | Subject <Subject Number> | Undo Add Subject Notification

Study Name Indicates the name of the study in which the add subject action was undone.
Study ID Indicates the Study's unique identifier.
Study Mode Indicates the study mode in which the add subject action was undone. This can be Test, Training or Active.
Site Name The name of the site in which the subjects was added and undone.
Site ID Indicates the site's unique identifier.
Subject ID The number of the subject that was added and undone.
Date Performed The date when the action occurred.
Performed By Indicates the user who made the update.
