Subject undo screen failure notification

This notification is only sent when you manually undone a subject's screen failure at a site that you're assigned to. If data is updated to resolve a validation that results in the automated screen failure of a subject, no notification is sent if the subject is then successfully screened.

Permissions required to receive the notification

Assign the Receive the Subject Undo Screen Failure Notification permission to anyone who needs to receive this notification. Users receive notifications for only the sites that they're assigned to.

Field descriptions

The table below describes all fields and details in the Subject Undo Screen Failure notification.

Field Description
Title The title is comprised of three distinct elements:
  • The study's ID. For example, a study's ID can be P01-123-A3.
  • A subject's number. For example: MUHC22.
  • The title of the notification, for example, Undo Screen Failure Notification.
Study ID Indicates a study's ID again, as specified by the global study creator when they created the study.
Study Mode Indicates the study mode associated with this notification. Displayed values can be:
  • Test
  • Active
  • Training
Site Name Indicates the name of the site as specified by a site manager when they created the site.
Site ID Indicates a site's ID as specified by the site manager who created the site.
Subject ID Indicates the number of the subject.
Date Performed (UTC) Indicates the exact date and time of the undoing of a subject's screen failure. For example: 10-Nov-2022 08:07.
Performed By Indicates the username of the user who performed the undoing of the subject's screen failure.
