Site missing kit shipping address notification
This notification is sent every time a site's shipping address is not assigned to a kit that is part of a shipment to a site.
Permissions required to receive this notification
Assign the Receive Notification of Shipments permission to anyone who wants to receive this notification. Users receive notifications only for the sites that they are assigned to.

| Subject Line | Provides a summary of the notification, including the Site ID, in the following format:
Site <Site ID> has one or more kits that does not have a shipping address defined. |
| Notification body | Provides further information on the nature of the notification, in the following format:
Please add the kit address for the site in the Kits trainstop. |
| Study ID | Indicates a study's ID again, as specified by the global study creator when they created the study. |
| Site ID | Indicates a site's ID as specified by the site manager who created the site. |
| Site Name | The name of the destination site. The name is displayed as it was specified by a site manager when they created the site. |
| Investigator ID | The full name of the investigator. |
| Primary Address | Indicates the site's primary address, as specified by the site manager who created the site. |
| Study Mode | Indicates the study mode associated with this notification. Displayed values can be Test, Active, or Training. |
| Date of Transaction (UTC) | Indicates the exact date and time the status of the kit was updated. For example: 10-Nov-2022 08:07 AM. |
