Shipment received notification
This notification is sent every time a shipment is marked as Received at a site or depot
Note:
This notification is not applicable for Pending Destruction Shipments received at a depot.Permissions required to receive the notification
Assign the Receive the Shipment Received Notification permission to anyone who wants to receive this notification. Users receive notifications for only the sites or depots that they're assigned to.
Note:
To re-send the notification after updating an existing shipment request, you must also have the Update the Shipment Order Form permission assigned.Field descriptions
The table below describes all fields and details in the Shipment Received notification.

| Subject Line | Provides a summary of the alert, including the study
ID, the destination site or depot, the shipment ID and the
notification title in the following format:
Study <Study ID> | Destination <Site or Depot ID> | Shipment ID: <ShipmentID> | Shipment Received Notification |
| Study Name | Indicates the name of the study in which the shipment was received. |
| Study ID | Indicates the study's unique identifier. |
| Study Mode | Indicates the study mode in which the shipment was received. This can be Test, Training or Active. |
| Shipment ID | Indicates the shipment's unique identifier. |
| Origin | The name of the site or depot from which the shipment originated. |
| Origin ID | The unique identifier of the site or depot from which the shipment originated. |
| Destination | The name of the site that received the shipment. |
| Destination ID | The unique identifier of the site that received the shipment. |
| Shipping Address | The shipment's destination site shipping address. |
| Date Performed (UTC) | The date when the shipment was marked as Received. |
| Performed By | Indicates the user who marked the shipment as Received. |
