This notification is sent when a safety case could not be created.
Permissions required to receive the notification
Users assigned to a study role that include the Receive Safety Case Could Not be Created Notification permission receive this notification.

Title | The title of the notification, Safety Case Could Not Be Created Notification. |
Study Name | Indicates a study's ID as specified by the global study creator when they created the study. |
Study Mode | Indicates the study mode associated with this notification. Displayed values can be Test, Active, or Training. |
Site Name | Indicates the name of the site as specified by a site manager when they created the site. |
Site ID | Indicates the ID of the site, as specified by the global study creator when they created the site. |
Subject ID | Indicates the ID of the subject for which a safety case has been generated. |
Clinical One Case ID | Indicates the Oracle Clinical One Platform case GUID, as assigned by the system when the case is first generated. |
Safety Case ID | Indicates the ID of the safety case, as assigned in the Safety system. |
Adverse Event Title | Indicates the title of the adverse event that triggered the creation of the case. |
Time of Case Creation Attempt | Indicates when the system attempted to create the safety case. |
Reason Case Could Not be Created | Indicates the reason why the safety case could not be created. |
