Kit replacement notification
This notification is sent when a kit has been replaced for a subject.
Note:
This notification does not cover Unblinded Pharmacist kits. A different notification informs users of the replacement of this type of kits and a different unblinding permission is required for it. See the Pharmacist kit replacement notification.Permissions required to receive the notification
Assign the Receive the Kit Replacement Notification permission to anyone who wants to receive this notification. Users receive notifications only for the sites that they're assigned to.
Field descriptions
The table below describes all fields and details in the Replace kits notification.
Field | Description |

Subject Line | Provides a summary of the alert, including the study ID, subject number, and notification title in the following format:
Study <Study ID> | Subject <Subject Number> | Kit Replacement Notification |
Study Name | Indicates the name of the study in which the kit replacement occurred. |
Study ID | Indicates the study's unique identifier. |
Study Mode | Indicates the study mode in which the kit replacement occurred. This can be Test, Training or Active. |
Site Name | Indicates the name of the site where the kit replacement took place. |
Site ID | Indicates the site's unique identifier. |
Subject ID | The subject's number whose kit was replaced. |
Visit Name | Displays Kit Replacement. |
Kit / Lot Number(s) | Indicates the number of the new kits replacing the previous ones.
If multiple kits are being replaced, their numbers are listed separated by commas. For lot numbers, quantities are specified. For example:

Date Performed (UTC) | The date when the kit was replaced. |
Performed By | Indicates the user who replaced the kit. |
