Receive compounding site selected notification
This notification is sent once a site's first address is tagged as a compounding address.
Permissions required to receive the notification
Assign the Receive Notification of Compounding Sites permission to anyone who wants to receive this notification.
Note:
Users with the appropriate permissions will only receive this notification the first time a site's first address is tagged as a compounding address.Field descriptions

| Subject Line | Provides a summary of the alert, including the site ID, in the following format:
Site <Site ID> has an associated Compounding Shipping Address defined. |
| Body | Provides further information on the nature of the notification, in the following format:
Please mark the Compounding Kit Address in the Kits trainstop. |
| Site Name | The name of the site for which the Compounding Shipping Address was defined. The name is displayed as it was specified by a site manager when they created the site. |
| Investigator ID | The full name of the investigator. |
| Primary Address | Indicates the site's primary address, as specified by the site manager who created the site. |
| Shipping Address | Indicates the site's compounding address, as specified by the site manager who created the site.
If there are multiple compounding addresses associated with the site, these will be displayed on separate lines. |
| Phone | The phone number associated with the compounding site, as specified by the site manager who created the site. |
| The email address associated with the compounding site, as specified by the site manager who created the site. | |
| Study Mode | Indicates the study mode associated with this notification. Displayed values can be Test, Active, or Training. |
| Modified By | Indicates the user who associated the compounding address with the site. |
| Modified Date | Indicates the exact date and time the compounding address was selected. For example: 10-Nov-2022 08:07 AM. |
