Actual Enrollment Integration
This integration, used for depot material forecasting and planning, provides information to SAP about completed visits and the number of subjects who completed them.

Integration workflow
At the time of execution, the integration generates a cumulative extract, which includes the list of completed visits and the number of subjects who completed them. The file is then posted on the Oracle sFTP server.
- The file includes the site and treatment group details for each subject.
- Unscheduled dispensation visits are accounted for in the file. However, the integration does not account for unscheduled visits, adverse events, or rescreen visits.
