Shipment Notification Integration
This integration notifies Oracle Clinical One Platform users that a requested shipment has shipped and provides the courier and tracking information for it.

Integration workflow
- SAP generates shipment request response files and posts them on the Oracle sFTP server at the configured location.
- The integration retrieves and reads the files to determine the most recent tracking updates for a shipment. The shipment information is then imported into Oracle Clinical One Platform.
- The tracking number and shipping date are imported into Oracle Clinical One Platform, where the shipment status is updated to In Transit.
- The integration also imports the kits included in a shipment into Oracle Clinical One Platform including their corresponding kit attributes like the item number.
- The kits are associated with the corresponding manufacturing lot in Oracle Clinical One Platform and are assigned to the depot/site based on where the shipment was generated.
