Actual Enrollment Integration
This integration, used for depot material forecasting and planning, provides information to SAP about completed visits and the number of subjects who completed them.

Integration workflow
- At the time of execution, the integration generates a cumulative
extract, which includes the list of completed visits and the number of
subjects who completed them. The file is then posted on the Oracle
sFTP.
Note:
The unscheduled dispensation visits are accounted for in the file. However, the integration does not account for unscheduled visits and adverse events. - The file includes the site and treatment group details for each subject.
