Retrieves the Associated and Dynamic forms for a subject visit.

Request

Path Parameters

eventId(required): string(uuid)

Visit ID from Designer for which you want to retrieve the visit details.
mode(required): string

Mode of the study. Accepts test, active, or training.
studyId(required): string

ID of the study.
studyVersion(required): string

Study version number.
subjectId(required): string(uuid)

Subject ID for which you want to retrieve the visits.

Query Parameters

eventInstanceNum(required): string

Instance of the visit.

There's no request body for this operation.
