New Projected Supply (Unblinded) report

You can now generate a new unblinded report that gives you an overview of your projected supply needs for a certain period of time.

The new Projected Supply (Unblinded) report is especially useful to monitor inventory availability. For example, if you need to ensure that sites and depots in your study have enough investigational product to account for shutdown, or non-shipment periods, when scheduled drug shipments typically stop.

Before working with this feature

This report is available to users assigned the Run the Supply Prediction (Unblinded) Report permission. For more information about this permission, see Descriptions of permissions in Clinical One in the Add Users Guide.

Details for clinical supply managers

The report contains data on the count of available or unavailable kits for dispensation. It also displays the projected need for kits during a given period of time that you can specify. However, the projected time period cannot be longer than one year from the current date. Data is displayed by site, country, and depot.

You can run or schedule the Projected Supply report, but you can only generate it in an XLXS format.

You can find additional information in the Reporting Guide after the Release Assessment Environment (RAE) upgrade.
