New notification for report server limit exceeded

This new notification informs users when a generated report exceeds the report storage server space.

Each study mode is allocated 200 GB on the report storage server. When a report is generated that exceeds this limit, users are informed by the new Report Space Limit Exceeded notification.

When a report exceeds the limit, the report fails, and the person generating the report receives the notification. For scheduled reports, the person who scheduled the report gets the notification.

Note:

The system does not notify users if one of the following global-level reports exceeds the limit:
  • Global Study Roles report
  • Life Sciences Learn Training Report
  • Study Roles Report by Study
  • User Assignment Across Studies report
