When it comes to your workflow, here's what you should know:
- No new permissions are required to access the setting.
- The Code data for new and screen failed subjects is set to Yes by default to maintain the current system functionality of sending verbatim terms for all subjects.
- This setting can be changed at any time.
- Changing the setting to No has no impact on verbatim terms already sent to Oracle Central Coding, and new verbatim terms are sent once the subject status is changed to Enrolled or Active.
- Changing the setting back to Yes results in verbatim terms, entered before and after changing the setting to be sent to Oracle Central Coding.
- There is no impact to reports.
