Event OID is missing from several clinical transactions

API developers: Now, the Event OID attribute is displayed for all clinical transactions related to a transferred subject. Previously, this issue was observed for subjects that were transferred to another site and that site was associated to a study version in which a visit had been removed. For example, subject A completed a Safety Follow-up visit at Site A1. After completing the visit, the subject was transferred to site B2. Site B2 was associated to a newer study version where the Safety Follow-up visit was removed and that caused the Event OID attribute to not appear for any clinical transactions related to subject A.
