A subject's status is not updated to reflect source data verification (former known issue)
Clinical Research Associates (CRAs): Now, after you verify the appropriate fields that are marked for SDV, a subject's status is updated to Verified, as expected. Previously, this update did not occur even though you verified all of the fields that would consider the subject verified.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 33516395)
Several issues occuring when attempting to assign new sites to a user
- For a newly created user, you can see the newly created sites that you can assign to them.
- For an existing user, you can see the newly created sites when you want to modify their current site assignments.
- When you select a user and expand the Assigned Sites side panel, all of their assigned sites in all study modes are displayed, as expected.
- On the Sites & Labs tab, when you scroll through the list of sites, you will notice that newly created sites that do not have an assigned study version are displayed, as expected.
A custom study role with the appropriate permissions might not receive screening notifications
User administrators and global user managers: Now, a user who is assigned a custom study role with the Receive the Subject Screening Notification permission receives the appropriate notification whenever a subject is screened or fails screening for the sites that the user is assigned. Previously, even though a user's custom study role contained the appropriate permission, they did not receive the screening-related notification. (Issue 35111951)
A depot's status tooltip is not fully translated to Japanese
Site administrators: Now, on the Depots tab, when you hover over the icon of a depot, you will notice that a depot's status is fully translated to Japanese in the tooltip. Previously, a depot's status tooltip was only partially translated to Japanese while some parts of the text were displayed in English.
This issue was observed when the application's preferred language was set to Japanese. (Issue 32893942)
Freezing a row in a lab form through APIs does not work (former known issue)
Data managers and API developers: Now, you can successfully freeze a row in a completed lab form using an API endpoint. Previously, attempting to freeze a row in a completed lab form resulted in validation errors. The API endpoint used to test this Known Issue was the following: https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/health-sciences/clinical-one/coapi/op-ec-dc-svc-rest-v3.0-studies-studyid-mode-dataelements-freeze-post.html
Retracted workaround: We recommend performing this task in the User Interface (UI) only. (Issue 34666440)
