Access customizable dashboards

Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and data managers (DMs) now have access to dashboard templates in Oracle Clinical One Analytics.

Whether you are working in a live study (and already using Oracle Clinical One Analytics), a user working in a brand new study, or just starting work with analytics, reach out to your Oracle point of contact to learn more about these new dashboards.

With the introduction of the new standard dashboard templates in Oracle Clinical One Analytics, you can get a better, more holistic view of your study's data. By leveraging the existing functionality of datasets, you now have access to customizable, interactive dashboards containing reports and visualizations that can help improve your decision-making and data management processes.

Because they are templates, you do not have to create dashboards from scratch, but you can customize them to meet your needs. All you have to do is simply tweak the data in each dashboard and adjust their filters to make sure you are viewing data relevant to your work.

Before you work with this new feature

Each predefined dashboard is built by leveraging an existing dataset in Oracle Clinical One Analytics. Because of this, you must have access to the respective dataset before you can properly view data in a corresponding dashboard. Access to a dataset is given based on a permission that you must be assigned in Oracle Clinical One Platform. With the new Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Dashboard, you can now monitor and control the data integrity and health of your study and sites. Built using the Subject and Queries datasets, this customizable dashboard offers you complex data on enrollment and query management, broken down into the following interactive reports:

Screening Overview
Enrollment Report
Subject Dropout Count by Reason
Outstanding Queries by Site and Visit
Query Ageing by Site
Query Status by Site and Subject
Query Volume by Month
Query Management Detail Report
Query Volume by Form
Subject Counts with Outstanding Queries

The reports and visualizations grouped in this dashboard can help CRAs evaluate existing issues and identify the possible need of site training adjustments, as well as protocol and screening population redefinition.

Details for data managers

With the new Data Manager Dashboard, you can now view actionable visualizations and detailed listings of queries, subject states, and general subject data. Built using the Queries dataset, this customizable dashboard offers you the most relevant data that a clinical data manager could require in their work, exposed in the following interactive reports:

Outstanding Queries by Site and Visit
Query Status by Site and Subject
Query Volume by Month
Query Management Detail Report
Query Ageing by Site
Query Volume by Form

The reports and visualizations included in this dashboard can provide valuable information for workload prioritization and can help to identify the possible need of site training adjustments and monitoring visits.

As soon as this upgrade is complete, CRAs and data managers can access the new customizable dashboard templates in Oracle Clinical One Analytics. If you have any trouble accessing specific data, reach out to your Oracle study manager or user administrator to check your permissions.
