Adding Promotion Coupon Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Rate Management, and then select Promotion Coupon Codes.

2. Click New and complete the following:

   1. Generation Options: Select an option from the list:

      • Alpha

      • Alpha-Numeric 

      • Numeric

      • Custom

   2. Number Of Coupons to Generate: Enter the number of coupons to generate (maximum is 25,000).

   3. Coupon Length: Enter the length (from 8 to 20) for the coupons (Not applicable when Generation Option = Custom).

   4. Fields below apply when Generation Option = Custom.

      1. Prefix: Enter the characters to use in the beginning of the coupons.

      2. Suffix: Enter the characters to use in the ending of the coupons.

      3. Exclude Characters: Enter the characters to exclude from the coupons. 

      4. Format: 

         • U - For Upper Alpha Characters

         • X - For Upper Alpha Numeric Characters

         • N - For Numbers

   5. Click Save.

Editing Promotion Coupon Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Rate Management, and then select Promotion Coupon Codes.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the promotion coupon code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

4. Update the configuration.

5. Click Save.

Deleting Promotion Coupon Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Rate Management, and then select Promotion Coupon Codes.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the promotion coupon code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.
