Configuring Reservation eCoupons
Note:
When the Multi Property OPERA Control is active you can copy eCoupons to other properties from the Hub location. See Copying Configuration Codes to Multiple Properties.Adding an eCoupon

From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select eCoupons.

Click New and enter the following details:

Property: Enter or select the property.

eCoupon Code: Enter a maximum of 8 alphanumeric characters.

Description: Enter a description of the eCoupon. This field allows a maximum of 100 characters.

Rate Code: Select one or more About Rate Codes , this eCoupon will be automatically added to any reservation with this rate code.

Posting Room: Select the PM rooms applicable for the selected property. The list of values shows all PM rooms regardless of whether they are checked in or not. This Pseudo room must be checked in for the eCoupons related charges to be successfully diverted to it.

Default Quantity: Enter a value from 1 to 99. This field defaults to 1.

Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

Welcome Offer: Select to make this eCoupon available as a welcome offer to the guest during check in. (Available when the Welcome Offer OPERA Control is active).

- Click Save to save and exit or click Save and Continue to save and add additional eCoupons.
Editing an eCoupon

From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select eCoupons.

Select or confirm the Property, enter optional search criteria, and click Search.

From search results, click the ecoupon, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

Update the configuration.

Inactive: Select to make the eCoupon inactivate.

Click Save.
Deleting an eCoupon

From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select eCoupons.

Select or confirm the Property, enter optional search criteria, and click Search.

From search results, click the ecoupon, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
