MULTIPLE DISPLAY SETS

Enables displaying of multiple display sets in the Reservation Sales Screen availability. When activated, the Default display sets for Reservation Sales Screen will display in the availability results. When inactive, the property level default display sets will display in the availability results. Please configure at least one default display set below to show in default availability search.

Hides the membership rate rule display set on the Look-to-Book screen.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION SCREEN [RESERVATION_CONFIRMATION_SCREEN]

When active, the Reservation Confirmation screen is displayed once a new reservation is confirmed from the Look to Book Sales Screen. From this screen you can return to the Look to Book Sales Screen to create another reservation, or go to the newly created reservation to manage the new booking.

This is a chain-level parameter. When this parameter is active, the handling of Total Cost of Stay & Rate Information on Look To Book Sales screen and Book Now screen will be optimized for multi-night reservations.

AUTO EXPAND AVAILABILITY FOR PROPERTIES

Shows the property availability for this number of properties when searching in Look To Book Sales screen.

BLOCK CREATION PROMPT THRESHOLD ROOMS

Specifies the number of rooms threshold to prompt for block creation in the Look to Book Sales screen at the time of Book Now.

• MOSTPERCAVAIL: Highest percentage of available rooms in descending order

• LISTPERCAVAIL: Percentage of available rooms in ascending order

• SHORTESTDISTANCE: Shortest distance

• DEFAULT: property configuration and search criteria (e.g. distance from city.)
