Viewing Message Statistics

You can use Message Statistics to review the message statistics summary for Business Events, Inbound and Outbound Messages, Queues for Property Interfaces (OXI), and Central Interfaces (Cloud Hub).

Tip:

If you observe a high volume of results or a delay in response due to a high volume of messages, it is recommended that you apply additional filter criteria to refine search results.
  1. From the Exchange menu, select Message Status, then select Message Statistics.

  2. Enter search criteria then click Search.
