Re-provisioning (Refresh) Property
The Refresh Property utility is enabled in non-production environments and provides options to re-provision a property using an imported configuration shell (from a production or other UAT environment on the same version) or a default seeded configuration. Once re-provisioned, the original Property Details, Property Controls and Cloud Service subscriptions are restored. When profile sharing is active for the chain, profiles are not deleted during refresh. The refresh only affects the OPERA Cloud property and does not modify Reporting and Analytics (R&A) or Identity (SSD or OCIM). Tasks previously assigned to user-defined roles remain untouched, and a user with the ADMIN role is not required to reassign tasks to relevant roles.
Refresh Property can be accessed from a hub location only. You cannot refresh property if the business date of imported property is within the last three days (from the current date). No transactional data is retained when refreshing a property.
Note:
When you choose the Utilize Configured Shell option, theGSHELL
list value is available
after every release but is not intended for use.
